All of these blueberry smoothie recipes have been tested to make sure they taste as good as they look. You can usually alter the recipe slightly to better suit your tastes and needs. For example, you may want to add protein powder or something else. You may even want to use a different sweetener rather than honey which is in most recipes.
Now it’s important to mention that you don’t need to use fresh fruit to make a delicious smoothie. Frozen fruit will work just as well and is often more readily available all year around. With that said don’t be afraid to use fresh as it tastes absolutely amazing and is well worth it if you can afford it.
